Default State and Federal Sewer Regulations

I am trying to locate both my State (Oklahoma) and Federal Sewer Regulations pertaining to what materials cannot be flushed down a toilet. I invented a product that ulimately flushes down the toilet and I need to know that all of my materials that make up the product are within code. I have the MSDS sheets for all of my materials and want to send these and State/and or Federal Documentation of regulations of what can and cannot be flushed down a toilet to my manufacturer.

Default Tieger plumbing

Even "approved" materials that can be flushed down a system may cause stoppages and other drainage problems..
