Default boiler

hey there,
i've read many faq's on bleeding air in rads but still can't figure out why i have no heat in 2 rooms in the basement. last year they worked and this year they don't. i fixed an elbow on a line running into a rad and that one feeds another in another room. i'm not 100% sure but i think that might be when the heat stopped. i've bled a bunch of rads and nothing in those two rooms. the one room that has no heat doesn't have a bleed valve but the other does. when i bleed that one for a while into a big bucket the pipes start getting hot. as soon as i stopped bleeding they go cold again. any help would be appreciated. if it would help i could take and send a vid or pics of the layout of pipes and rads in those rooms.
thanks
